From the archive: Selmer Axos

2019 I traded in this 2 year old Selmer Axos, and it has been played very little. This instrument was built in the Selmer factory in Paris as a cheaper alternative to the professional series. It is well put together, with a fine application and good ergonomics. There are a few very small imperfections in the paint (you really have to look for that) but otherwise it is like new. No water damage on the pads, no play on the axles. It intones perfectly and sounds really good, maybe a little thinner than its big brother.
