From the archive: Selmer Ba

1942 Bought from an inheritance: a beautiful Selmer Balanced Action. This saxophone was built in the middle of WWII, at a time when Selmer built very few instruments. The owner is 92 years old, 2nd owner and has always taken very good care of it. You see some signs of wear on the places where your thumbs and fingers are and otherwise the silver plating is in top condition, just like the rest of the instrument. This instrument has a great sound. Lyrical, clear, enormous power. Fantastic lead alt.
