1955 Selmer Mark VI Alto Saxophone Five Digit 59XXX Factory Relacquered Matching Neck American Engraved

Wow.This gorgeous 1955 Selmer Mark VI Alto Saxophone just walked into our shop and is now for sale! The serial number for this alto is just about as ideal as you can get 59xxx, and it has that classic beautiful sound of an early Mark VI. It honestly doesnt get much better than this. This instrument was never abused and the body tube and condition is absolutely excellent! The Vintage honey lacquer is absolutely beautiful and it is extremely difficult to tell if it is a re lacquer or an original lacquer, because the job was done so flawlessly. To remain on the safe side we are going to be listing this as a possible factory re-lacquer that was done at the Selmer Paris Factory many years ago.
