Kohlert Regent

1965 Kohlert is one of 3 companies Kohlert, Amati and Keilwerth with factories close to each other. Material and personnel were exchanged and the saxophone models could also be exchanged. Kohlert was traditionally the largest, but is the only one of the three that eventually disappeared from the market due to bankruptcy. This 1965 model is very similar to the Keilwerth Toneking and, just like the Toneking, has seamed tone holes. It has been completely overhauled, plays and intones easily and has a nice warm sound. Good budget choice!
