From the archive: Buescher 'Big B'

1946 This Buescher Aristocrat from 1946 is nicknamed Big B. It is not coincidentally that there is a big B. These instruments are no better worse than the 400 series from that period, at most built differently. http:www.saxpics.com/?v=mod&modID=2 This one is in a great condition: no play on the shafts, no rattle, all Norton screw-in springs still optimal, all amber rollers still present. and to top it off: the snap-in system is still there. In short: completely original, this beautiful tenor. It blows very easily and sounds great: full and warm, friendly and with a lot of volume. a super nice jazz horn from days gone by.
