See here a beautiful example of a Buescher True Tone model. This alto saxophone is gold plated, the most luxurious finish you can find on these models. The instrument is equipped with "Snap-on pads". These pads are not glued, as with most saxophones, but are attached with a pusher system in the lid. The idea behind the snap-on pads is that they provide a better sound, longer durability and easier maintenance. In addition, this instrument is equipped with high-quality Norton springs. This beautiful old American has a robust sound and is very well made. A beautiful vintage sax in both appearance and sound! All second-hand instruments are professionally checked before sale and, if necessary, completely overhauled in our own workshop. Checking saxophones means that the keys are adjusted, the shafts oiled, the pads cleaned and the instrument is played all the way through. In case of overhaul, the saxophone is completely disassembled and rebuilt, with new pads and corks.
