From the archive: Martin Indiana

1955 I overhauled and sold this beautiful looking vintage alto 3 years ago. Now back again, traded in on a Mark VI alt. This alto is from the mid 1950s, Martin's top period. This is the deluxe model, adjustable thumb rest on the right, and the heart-shaped thumb rest on the right, just like the Committee II, the top line from Martin on which this series Indianas is based. It is in very good condition and it sounds great: fat and full and direct, quite comparable to the Committee II. Lekkurrrr!
